THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Manager for our Nursing Mother Baby Unit to provide strong clinical and operational leadership within our nursing services. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the clinical and operational functions of one or more nursing units to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by a knowledgeable and competent nursing team. The nurse manager serves as a mentor and role model to the teammates, promotes a safe and collaborative work environment, and supports growth and excellence in patient care. Required: BSN; MSN preferred; and at least two years of nursing experience. Current RN license to practice in NC.
