Job Description
- Engage business stakeholders to understand current workflows and pain points
- Analyze operational processes and recommend AI-driven improvements
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
- Document current-state and future-state business processes
- Recommend AI tools and solutions aligned to business objectives
- Support business case development and value assessments
- Partner with leadership to drive AI adoption across the organization
- Act as a business-side champion during AI implementation efforts
- Help ensure solutions align with intended business outcomes and process requirements
Skills and Requirements
- Strong Business Analyst, Process Improvement, or Consulting background
- Experience analyzing current-state versus future-state business processes
- Understanding of AI concepts and practical business applications
- Ability to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience conducting discovery sessions and gathering requirements
- Executive-facing presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong problem-solving and process optimization experience
- Experience with Agentic AI, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI technologies
- Business Process Improvement certifications or methodologies
- Program or Project Management experience
- Change Management experience
- AI implementation or AI strategy experience
- Experience building ROI/business justification models
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
