- Partner with Operations, Safety, Services, and program leadership to ensure training content is technically accurate, current, safe, and aligned with controlled procedures.
- Provide leaders with clear assessment feedback, qualification recommendations, remediation plans, and evidence of demonstrated competence; do not bypass formal authorization governance.
Skills and Requirements
- 8+ years in critical facilities, data center, industrial power, or comparable high-availability operations and maintenance; direct FOT or mission-critical facilities experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical electrical and mechanical systems, controls/BMS, alarms, PM execution, safe work practices, LOTO, and operating procedures.
- 3+ years facilitating technical training, developing job aids or curriculum, mentoring technicians, or leading structured on-the-job learning.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills; able to explain complex systems clearly and lead calmly in a high-accountability environment.
