What You'll Do

Strategic long range and annual priority planning inclusive of MBO / KPI development

Establish and lead internal processes to manage financial performance, quality and performance monitoring, and organizational readiness

Leads a team focused on execution of strategic initiatives and various deliverables

Coordinates with leaders across the organization to create alignment with business partners, business segments, and functional areas

Includes chief of staff responsibilities for the ECS Services team

Proactively identifies areas requiring Executive attention in a structured, solution-orientated format

Manages the development of MBOs / KPIs, ensures alignment across the team to deliver against goals and tracks progress against key milestones

Lead internal communications for EPFA, SPCA and Consumer Digital Strategy and overall culture and experience initiatives

Leads strategic initiatives and critical projects and priorities on behalf of the Executive Leaders & Sr. Management team

Primary liaison with external support functions (Finance, WFM, Technology, communications, etc.)

What You'll Bring

10+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated experience directly and indirectly leading people

8+ years professional experience in strategic planning, consulting, transformation, and/or operational leadership roles within healthcare clinical operations environments

Experience successfully translating a vision into implementation and results as well as leading enterprise level strategies

Extensive financial and analytical acumen and experience

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
