  • Oversee facilities maintenance operations across all assigned markets, ensuring consistent execution, service quality, responsiveness, and adherence to established standards

  • Drive continuous improvement in work order management, service level agreements, maintenance processes, and field execution

  • Ensure effective prioritization and resolution of facility and equipment issues that impact restaurant operations

  • Monitor and analyze facilities performance metrics, KPIs, service levels, maintenance spend, and financial data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities

  • Use data and business insight to improve uptime, reduce costs, increase asset reliability, and improve the overall guest and team member experience

  • Lead, develop, and support a multi-level facilities organization, including managers, technicians, and support functions

  • Build a high-performing organization through coaching, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and accountability

  • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

  • Create an environment where team members are challenged to grow, develop their capabilities, and achieve meaningful results

  • Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships that support service quality, responsiveness, cost control, and operational needs

  • Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, performance evaluations, service level agreements, and ongoing vendor accountability

  • Oversee facilities budgets, maintenance spending, capital expenditures, and cost forecasting

  • Promote adherence to applicable safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

  • Support risk mitigation and business continuity strategies related to facilities, equipment, and infrastructure

  • Partner with Operations, Risk, and other functional leaders on incident response, prevention strategies, and corrective actions

  • Communicate changes openly, build support for initiatives, solicit and encourage feedback, anticipate resistance to change, explain the rationale behind changes, and follow up to ensure successful implementation

  • Maintain high standards of integrity and act consistently with the overall values of the business

  • Fully and actively participate in company-sponsored learning activities and seek personal growth intellectually and organizationally

Requirements:
