Entry Level Production Associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Entry Level Production Associate to join their team. As an Entry Level Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Production Associate

Location: Chicopee, MA

Pay Range: $18-20

Shift: First

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to handle and store materials and products

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and productivity

• Manage raw materials and ensure proper handling and storage

• Follow safety, quality, maintenance, and housekeeping standards

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support team goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of safety, quality, and recordkeeping requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures

• Basic understanding of managing raw materials and maintaining a clean workspace
