Full job description

Serenity Hospice provides caring and compassionate hospice care services to patients and families throughout New Jersey. Our mission is to alleviate pain and symptoms; foster a state of calmness and harmony; and encourage an appreciation of family, friends, and life experiences.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Staffing Coordinator for our Hamilton office. This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining schedules for all Certified Home Health Aides according to the patient census.

  • Communicates any staffing schedule changes to the patients & Serenity Hospice Care employees as needed.

  • Answer phones in a professional and timely manner.

  • Enter documentation into EMR system.

  • Assist with duties assigned by Staffing Manager.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Staffing Experience Preferred.

  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes as needed.

  • Able to self-manage and work with teams

  • Organized & Detail Orientated.

  • Reliable and trustworthy.

  • Drivers License with reliable transportation.

This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
