Full job description

Job Duties

Regions Outpatient Rehab has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with experience in Hand Therapy to join our HealthPartners Specialty Center 401 Building. In this position, you will work with an experienced team and have the opportunity to partner closely with our Hand and Plastics and Orthopedics Team.

This position provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of hand therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

On call/casual

Days Monday-Friday on an as needed basis

Hours of operation 7a-5p

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.

Licensure with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist; certification with the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy within 4 months of hire.

CPR Certification (Basic Life Support)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in similar settings/diagnoses

Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.

Trauma experience

Passion with hand and upper extremity while working towards your certification in Hand Therapy.
