Our software is operated by some of the most successful out-of-home businesses and powers impactful, compelling campaigns worldwide. Come light up the world as a Product Specialist in Montreal. About the role As a Product Specialist, you will report to the Senior Service Delivery Director, Americas, and act as a technical product expert throughout the customer journey, from product evaluation and demonstration through onboarding, integration, and adoption. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Support, you will lead technical evaluations, onboardings, and integration projects, while bringing customer feedback and insights to help shape product improvements and roadmap priorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients
  • Provide product training to individual and group audiences, online or in person
  • Support Sales with technical expertise during evaluations, RFPs, and RFIs
  • Lead customer onboarding and integration projects, ensuring clear planning and follow-through
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers
  • Develop a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, RTB, programmatic buying, and audience and campaign data

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Android and System on Chip (SoC) devices
  • Good understanding of computers, networking, display and video technologies
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations and common data exchange concepts
  • Experience managing projects and working independently across multiple priorities
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken; Spanish is an asset
  • Strong presentation, product demonstration and training skills
  • Experience in technical service delivery, implementation, technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Knowledge of digital signage, DOOH or advertising technology is an asset
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, RTB or digital media buying is an asset
