Job Summary Summary Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service environments.

Essential Functions -Performs preparation duties such as rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables.

-Weighs and measures ingredients.

-Wraps, date-labels, and stores food items.

-Cleans and organizes work areas, equipment, utensils, and service station.

-Follows established recipes to prepare menu items.

-Follows guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.

-Serves customers in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.

-Provides customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.

-Escalates customer concerns and complaints to management.

-Complies with relevant safety, hygiene, and service standards and procedures.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of role 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.

  • Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
