Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description

The Site Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping. This role requires adherence to policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors for successful building operations.

  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to ensure smooth operations.

  • Respond promptly and positively to requests from clients and occupants.

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation and reports.

  • Monitor the facility to maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Essential Skills

  • Familiarity with building systems documentation and administration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

  • Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles.

  • Capability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

  • Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
