Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an EMIT BA/QA Analyst for a leading healthcare and vision benefits organization. This candidate will play a key role in a high-visibility initiative focused on migrating Call Center, Retail, and Security applications from LDAP to Active Directory. The ideal candidate will blend strong business analysis skills with hands-on quality assurance expertise, partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, define security role needs, execute testing efforts, validate deployments, and provide post-production support. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale identity and access management initiatives while leveraging both manual and automated testing methodologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Candidates with Active Directory migration experience, security-focused testing backgrounds, and healthcare industry knowledge will be highly valued.

Day-to-Day:

  • Support migration of applications and sites from LDAP to Active Directory
  • Gather and document business and security role requirements
  • Analyze business processes and define testing strategies
  • Execute manual and automated testing activities
  • Validate deployments across multiple environments
  • Develop and maintain test cases and test documentation
  • Perform UI, backend, batch, and ETL/data conversion testing
  • Utilize SQL queries for data validation and research
  • Coordinate test data management across environments
  • Track defects, testing progress, and project updates within Jira
  • Provide post-production support following deployments
  • Collaborate with business, technical, security, and project teams Follow EyeMed SDLC processes for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance

  • Experience with requirements elicitation and gathering

  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

  • Experience with test architecture and black-box/grey-box test design

  • Manual and automated testing experience across UI, backend/batch, and ETL/data conversion testing

  • Strong SQL skills with experience writing, executing, and analyzing queries for data validation, troubleshooting, testing, and research

  • Experience managing test data across multiple environments

  • Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills and ability to partner with offshore teams

  • Active Directory (AD) migration experience

  • Azure AD B2C experience

  • Experience testing security role-based applications

  • Security testing experience

  • Test automation experience

  • Performance testing experience (Roadrunner experience is a plus)

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for requirements gathering or test case generation

  • Healthcare, insurance, or managed vision care experience Facets experience
