What You'll Do

• Vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and identify the cause of mechanical malfunctions.

• Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures throughout the repair process.

• Perform vehicle testing and road tests to verify completed repairs.

• Track labor time and document repair details, inspections, and test results.

• Maintain required personal tools and ensure specialty tools are returned to designated locations.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked while using shop materials responsibly.

• Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean and professional condition.

• Complete required training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications.

• Collaborate with team members, uphold workplace standards, and promptly report safety or operational concerns.

What You'll Bring

• Dealership or Private Repair Experience

• B and C Technician levels highly preferred!

• Experience repairing all makes and models

• ASE Certifications, a plus

• Great work ethic

• Team player Desire to grow your career with the best in the business

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record

• A great attitude!

Total Rewards

The flat rate range for this position is $20 to $30. This is a flat-rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
