Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a strategic and socially fluent Social Content Project Manager to support one of our Fortune 500 clients. This role helps shape and deliver social-first content across multiple brands and channels. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of social strategy, creative development, and project management. The ideal candidate understands how brands authentically engage audiences across social platforms and can translate business objectives into compelling content strategies. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, content creators, creative teams, and production partners, ensuring projects move seamlessly. They will be responsible for organizing projects within tools such as Monday.com, establishing timelines, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and providing regular project status updates. Beyond project execution, this person will bring a strategic mindset to every initiative. They will evaluate briefs, ask the right questions, identify opportunities to strengthen creative concepts, and ensure content strategies align with audience behaviors and platform best practices. A strong understanding of social-first content is essential, including knowledge of how content is created, edited, optimized, and distributed across channels. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $58-$61 hourly.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, creative project management, integrated marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience working within a social agency, in-house creative studio, brand marketing team, content organization, or agency environment.

  • Proven experience managing social-first content initiatives from brief through execution.

  • Strong project management experience coordinating multiple creative projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms

  • Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging social channels.

  • Ability to develop and contribute to social content strategies

  • Understanding of the content production process, including video, editing, design, copy, photography, post-production, and distribution workflows. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to turn complex briefs and feedback into clear creative direction.

  • Experience interpreting social analytics and translating performance insights into content recommendations.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and creative production workflows.

  • Exposure to AI-powered content creation tools Experience working with creator/influencer programs and social content production teams.
