We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Wealth Produ ct Manager, Private Bank- Guernsey
This role will support the development, management and ongoing enhancement of the Private Bank product and proposition suite, helping ensure our solutions remain competitive, commercially sustainable and aligned to evolving client needs. Working closely with senior Product Managers, Investment stakeholders, Platform SME’s, Risk and Operations teams, the role will help translate product strategy into effective delivery while maintaining strong governance and customer outcomes.

In this role you’ll:

Support the management and development of the Private Bank product suite, ensuring products and propositions remain relevant, competitive and aligned to client needs and business strategy.

Own defined products, initiatives or areas of the product lifecycle, supporting delivery from initial proposition development through implementation, ongoing management and review.

Support product commercialisation, working with Private Bank in Guernsey, Investment partners to improve product adoption, penetration, client engagement and overall commercial performance.

Support the delivery of strategic change, including new products, platforms, pricing enhancements, digital capabilities and improvements to existing client journeys

Work collaboratively across Private Bank, Retail Wealth and wider Group teams, coordinating stakeholders and helping translate business and client requirements into practical product solutions.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Strong financial services and Private Bank Investment/Wealth business and product knowledge
-
Work towards, or be willing to attain, a relevant Level 4 wealth qualification such as the Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification
-
Detailed technical skills with the ability to break down complex situations, spotting trends, inconsistencies, and causal relationships and the ability to communicate these to non-technical specialists

Demonstrable experience of leading, managing and coaching a team of business partners in a changing commercial environment

Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to influence as well as developing strong and productive relationships with key senior management and colleagues in a complex matrix environment

Ability to influence and drive prioritization decisions.

Experience of working in an agile environment.
