Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to join a growing medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will work in a cleanroom and cGMP environment, following batch records and SOPs to support the production, processing, and packaging of medical devices. Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions accurately

• Extract collagen from raw materials for production processes

• Place collagen into molds and cut materials into required shapes

• Perform batching, blending, measuring, and production activities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain manufacturing and cleanroom areas

• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment

• Fill, package, and inspect medical device products

• Monitor inventory levels and request production supplies as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Experience working in a cGMP/GMP-regulated environment

• Cleanroom manufacturing experience

• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and batch records

• Experience with batching, blending, cutting, or measuring materials

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively on a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
