Position Summary

This position would support one or more attorneys on the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) contracting team. The job primarily involves working on legal contract documents, including drafting versions of documents from templates for attorney review, processing subsequent versions of documents with client or consultant revisions, incorporating comments and edits from internal partners, and assisting with intake, tracking, and administration of open contract files.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a legal, contracts, administrative, business operations, project coordination, or similar environment.

  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with appropriate guidance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting, tracked changes, comments, and document comparison functionality.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex documents.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting contracts, legal documentation, compliance, procurement, business operations, or related functions.

  • Experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm, healthcare organization, or other professional services environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or employee benefits industries.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Education

Bachelors degree preferred.

Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$26.74 - $71.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
