Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, in house.
- Experience hiring for research scientist, research engineers and software engineers.
- Experience utilizing sourcing strategies and working with applicants.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting and end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and non-technical domains across the EMEA region.
- Experience utilizing talent analytics, market intelligence, and data insights to identify pipeline bottlenecks, streamline recruiting workflows, and build representative applicant pools.
- Ability to cultivate stakeholder partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to influence hiring strategies, leveling, and location decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate a fair and high-touch applicant experience while upholding organizational values internally and externally.

Responsibilities
- Operate as an autonomous, full-life cycle recruiter driving end-to-end talent acquisition for roles across a number of critical GDM technical teams in EMEA.
- Identify gaps in staffing structure (interview questions, process inefficiencies, rubrics, comp, etc.) and develop solutions that enable the business to seamlessly engage with hiring and our processes.
- Provide strong and consistent communication between the talent acquisition team and the business. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and operate as a trusted and strategic talent advisor.
- Represent GDM at external events to strengthen relationships, promote our brand and engage with applicants. Develop and maintain talent acquisition strategies tailored to the EMEA market.
- Utilize AI in your everyday activities to support creative thinking, efficiency and creating recruitment products which are capable of broader business impact.
