Baptist Health is looking for a Research Credentialing Coordinator to join our team in Lexington, KY!

The Credentialing Coordinator role provides administrative support for research investigators and staff that participate with clinical research across the Baptist Health System. Under the limited supervision of the Regulatory Manager, the Credentialing Specialist will create and maintain detailed credentialing records for investigators and staff while supporting ongoing audit readiness. Assisting with onboarding of new staff and investigators while facilitating updates for existing staff and investigators to maintain compliance are key responsibilities for this position. Organization, time management, professional communication, and policy/m odel development skills are essential to success.

Qualifications:

Associate degree

Previous credentialing experience or bachelor's degree in business or health related field preferred.

3-5 years' consecutive experience in healthcare administration, credentialing or policy development can be substituted.

Information database development and management a plus.
