Description

Operations Scheduler provides administrative support to Regional Directors on the coordination of employee work schedules based on client needs. Position Location: Carnegie, PA 15106 (ONSITE position) Part-Time – Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 10:30AM Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs administrative and clerical tasks as needed; - Assists Scheduling and Operations Managers with the scheduling of PT employees in open assignments; - Creates and modifies shifts in the scheduling software; - Communicates with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling; - Keeps Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs - must be team oriented; - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required; - 2+ years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred); - Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities; - Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills; - Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills; - Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills; - Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.
