Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, consistent, and aligned with Weichert's voice, brand standards, and approved content.

Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI-enabled tools to support research, content development, editing, and quality review while validating accuracy and exercising sound judgment over final deliverables.

Maintain and enhance proposal knowledge assets, including approved content, reusable responses, source materials, and lessons learned.

Support the development of executive summaries, presentations, cover letters, follow-up responses, and other sales enablement materials.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve proposal processes, content governance, knowledge management, and technology adoption.

Build collaborative relationships across the organization and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external sourcing contacts, as appropriate.

Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Excellent research, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts across all levels of the organization.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern business technologies.
