PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary

You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

• You will monitor the status of unshipped requirements and unbilled or unfinalized obligations and takes corrective action as necessary.
• You will maintain agreement between MISIL and Case Manager Records and where discrepancies exist.
• You will conduct comprehensive research and reconciliation of both manual and mechanized case records pursuant to case closure.
• You will coordinate and participate in field liaison visits and financial management and program reviews.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) DoW Logistics and Financial Management: Ability to manage and resolve complex logistics, supply, and financial issues within the Department of War framework; 2) Monitoring material delivery, ensuring financial accuracy, and handling requisitions, analytical and program Management Skills; 3) Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance, identify trends or problems, and implement effective solutions; 4) Stakeholder Coordination, written and oral communication experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders including various U.S. military and DoW agencies or foreign partners.
