Job Description

Our Emerging Mission Capabilities (EMC) team is at the forefront of innovation for the F-35 program, identifying, developing, and validating next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions. We operate in a fast-paced environment, turning emerging technologies into operationally credible concepts and securing new business for long-term growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt to evolving requirements and proactively identify opportunities to shape program outcomes. You ll lead cross-functional teams comprised of Engineering, Business Development, and Operations professionals, fostering collaboration to deliver impactful results. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting capture efforts, from initial customer engagement to proposal development and submission. You'll collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate those into winning strategies.

This position offers the opportunity to influence the future of EW capabilities. You ll be responsible for navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project completion and positioning F35 Solutions for sustained success.
