Job Summary:

Directs the development and implementation of policies, procedures related to Administrative Services. Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibilities include assuring the delivery of care to patients and adherence to service standards.

  • Develops departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the requirements and objectives of the organization.

  • Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

  • Prepares budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding.

  • Directs and evaluates all administrative services activities, including service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Seven years' experience, with five years' in leadership

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
