Regular Full-time Position Shift:1st/2nd: Must be available weekends and holidays Hourly Wage: $20.55

As a Laundry Attendant, a typical day will include:

  • Inspects the cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry-cleaning machines and place them in clean linen carts.

  • Removes lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain traps after each load.

  • Folds cleaned articles into designated sizes, either by hand or using a folding machine.

  • Operates washing and dry-cleaning machinery in accordance with company standards.

  • Identifies stained or damaged items and determines status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.

  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

  • Contribute to team goals.

  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Laundry Attendant at MVW:

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
