Our client, a leading organization in the construction and real estate industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the construction operations supporting tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wayne , PA
Pay Range: $50 to $55 per hour
What's the Job?

Coordinate construction projects, developing detailed plans to achieve project goals and ensuring seamless integration of technical activities.

Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders effectively.

Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate project team members, overseeing staff development and maintaining high standards of competence.

Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and optimize outcomes.

Represent the landlord in commercial office projects ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 sq ft, managing tenant and capital improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
What's Needed?
-
Experience managing tenant improvement and commercial construction projects, with a focus on interior, architectural, or engineering backgrounds preferred.

5-10 years of construction project management experience, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.

Valid driver's license, as contractors will be traveling to various project sites in the Radnor area.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and other relevant software tools.
