Job Description

Job Title: Treasury Operations Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Treasury Operations

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

General Job Summary:

As a Treasury Operations Manager, your day will be filled with opportunities to lead and manage a team of Treasury Management Analysts, support Treasury Management customers while partnering with Treasury Management Sales to support and develop the best-in-class payments and services for our customers.

Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.

Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the Treasury Operations team

Responsible for prompt, accurate implementation/set ups for new Treasury customers

Lead the team in supporting customers and sales team with all Treasury products and services

Manage daily metrics of incoming calls and modify schedules as required

Monitor service charges and rate adjustment waivers and exception pricing

Monitor risk limits associated with ACH & Remote Deposit

Generate reports and provide needed data as required

Provide training as required

Other Functions:

Strategic planning and forward thinking on product enhancements for Treasury Management

Efficiency minded with accuracy as a necessity

Working Conditions:

Inside work, mainly sitting or standing

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: BS/BA in business/finance or Equivalent Banking Experience with High School Diploma

Experience:

Previous banking experience in sales and/or customer service

Prefer experience in Treasury Management and Payments

Specific Skills:

Experience managing/supervising others

Experience implementing change and communication to others

Knowledge of Treasury Management industry and products

Excellent grammar and communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs

Professional appearance and demeanor

Demonstrates initiative and a teamwork approach

Communicates well with all levels of management

Organization, time management, analytical and decision-making skills

Licenses: CCM/CTP/AAP Certification preferred

Supervisory Responsibility: Yes
