Sr Financial Analyst

Job Description

Penske is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to support its Fleet Services organization within the commercial motor vehicle space. This individual will play a key role in supporting operational and financial initiatives while helping the business modernize processes, data, and technology.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner with business, finance, and technology teams. The ideal candidate is analytical and technically capable but also a strong communicator who can work effectively with different personalities and stakeholder groups.

Skills and Requirements

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Access databases Experience working with SQL Server and SQL-based data Familiarity with or strong interest in AI applications and emerging technology Experience with financial and/or operational analysis Ability to manage projects, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business partners Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in an environment undergoing technology and process modernization Collaborative, adaptable personality with the ability to build relationships across different teams Experience in a Project Manager, Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar hybrid role Exposure to fleet services, transportation, commercial vehicles, logistics, or another operationally focused industry Experience implementing or improving new technologies and business processes Experience partnering with IT teams, developers, or programmers Experience using AI-enabled tools to support analysis, reporting, or process improvement
