Job Description
The Business Readiness Coordinator will provide administrative, communications, training, documentation, and reporting support for the RMI launch initiative. This person will develop user-facing training materials, maintain documentation, support stakeholder communications, compile feedback and analytics, and assist with launch readiness and adoption activities. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and requires flexibility to coordinate with global teams.
Skills and Requirements
1+ year experience supporting business readiness, training, change management, communications, project coordination, or related functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating presentations, user guides, process documentation, and training materials. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience compiling reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Experience coordinating across technical and business stakeholder groups. Experience supporting software implementations or system launches. Experience creating video-based training content. Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools. Experience with change management, user adoption, or training delivery. Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI. Experience working in Agile or cross-functional project teams.
