Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting operational excellence and strategic infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager
Location: Fishers
Pay Range: $105,000 - $180,000

What's the Job?

Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility services to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Support the implementation of strategic plans for maintenance, space management, and infrastructure improvements.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
-
Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Security, and Safety to meet infrastructure needs and regulatory standards.

Maintain documentation and reporting on facility operations, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
-
5–8 years of experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a multi-site environment.
-
Proven ability to manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.

Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.

Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental health standards.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
