Description

Jockey is seeking a Billing Associate for it's National Distribution Center in Mocksville, NC.

The Billing Associate will be responsible for ensuring all orders for assigned accounts ship correctly and in a timely manner and will be responsible for other duties associated with the Billing Office.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run account queries to determine what is to be shipped each day for assigned accounts.

  • Communicate any shipping issues to the layout department for resolution.

  • Review all purchase orders and prepare transportation for the designated start ship date.

  • Provide Bills of Lading and Transportation information to the Shipping Department.

  • Obtain special shipment information from the Customer Service Department at Corporate HQ.

  • Complete all shipping duties related to shipping irregulars by taking orders through the entire system, ensuring that orders are packed and weighed in the system, order is listed on the Bill of Laden and shipped out in a timely manner.

  • Receive all canceled orders, pull canceled orders from system and communicate the canceled order with the Shipping Department.

  • Run queries several times a day to search out problem orders: skipped or lost orders, orders left off BOL, or orders that do not print a packing slip.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum of 1 yr clerical experience with a strong preference to experience specifically in Billing.

  • Ten-Key entry and strong PC skills required.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills required.

  • Efficient with Microsoft Office products(Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
