Job Description

Solenis is seeking a Regional North America Supply Chain Manager to lead supply planning operations for a major North American business segment. This individual will drive both strategic and operational supply chain activities while managing a team of planners and schedulers. The role will serve as a key bridge between commercial, product management, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment, service excellence, and execution against business objectives. Accountable for the performance of their defined Supply Chain(s). Primary point of contact for the Business Leadership teams. Defines the objectives (and projects) to meet the required performance. Leads and manages the activities of the Supply Chain Professionals and accountable for talent in their SC’s. Accountable for the SIOP and S&OE Supply Processes within their Supply Chains. Provides leadership to ensure customer needs are adequately met.

Key Responsibilities -Lead all supply planning activities for assigned North American business lines. -Manage a team of Supply Planners and Master Production Schedulers. -Own S&OP and supply planning processes, ensuring alignment between demand, inventory, production, and customer requirements. -Own supply planning and inventory performance across a 0-24 month planning horizon. -Manage inventory levels, inventory health, and working capital objectives. -Partner closely with manufacturing, product management, and commercial teams to resolve supply chain challenges. -Identify and address planning, process, master data, and execution gaps. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, visibility, and service levels. -Serve as the primary escalation point for supply chain issues impacting the business. -Drive transformation from reactive issue resolution toward proactive and strategic supply planning. -Influence cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate efforts across multiple manufacturing sites

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. -5+ years of in materials management fields such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Operations, or Planning -Experience leading supply planning, S&OP, inventory planning, production planning, or related functions. -Experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports -Experience working in manufacturing environments. -Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. -Experience utilizing ERP systems and planning tools.

  • Chemical manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • APICS/ASCM CPIM certification or willingness to obtain.
