United Protective Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Field Training Officer to train Security Officers, conduct field inspections, and support operations across multiple client locations. This is a great opportunity for a security professional with leadership experience who enjoys coaching others and maintaining high standards.

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM

Monday & Tuesday: Off
-
Wednesday – Friday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
-
Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers in the field.
-
Conduct site inspections and performance audits.
-
Assist with incidents and emergency situations.
-
Complete accurate reports and required documentation.
-
Ensure officers follow company policies and client expectations.
-
Promote professional customer service and security standards.
-
Travel between client locations as needed.
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
Valid Driver’s License.
-
Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
-
Previous leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role.
-
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-
Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
