Schedule :

-Saturday & Sunday -6pm to 6am

A Hotel Security officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and the hotel’s property. This position involves patrolling hotel grounds and managing access to the building to deter and respond to potential security threats. The officer’s primary function is to prevent incidents and ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone at the establishment.

  • Conduct routine patrols of all interior and exterior hotel areas, including parking lots, to check for security breaches and safety hazards.

  • Respond to and document all security incidents, guest complaints, and emergencies by maintaining a detailed daily activity log.

  • Monitor and identify any unusual or suspicious behavior in lobbies, entrances, and restricted areas.

  • Provide escorts for guests and employees to their vehicles or rooms upon request to ensure their personal safety.

  • Act as a primary contact during emergency situations, coordinating evacuation procedures and communicating with local law enforcement or emergency medical services.

  • Intervene to resolve conflicts and de-escalate disturbances between guests or staff in a professional and calm manner.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or GED
