Salesforce FSC Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutions Create and manage user stories, process flows, and functional documentation Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Perform data analysis and data mapping activities across multiple systems Assist with Salesforce enhancements, configuration discussions, and platform optimization Ensure solutions meet business objectives and comply with organizational standards Support testing efforts, defect resolution, and implementation activities Maintain detailed documentation and provide ongoing stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and Requirements

Strong Salesforce experience with hands-on Business Systems Analysis background Salesforce certifications required; Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification highly preferred Banking industry experience, ideally within Wealth Management Solid Agile/Scrum experience working with cross-functional teams Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and supporting delivery teams Strong experience working with data sets, data analysis, and data mapping Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation experience Experience with wealth management platforms and processes Exposure to Salesforce integrations and related ecosystem tools Experience supporting large enterprise transformation initiatives Previous experience within major Canadian banking environments
