Property Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential apartment community. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on individual who can manage property performance, support residents, and maintain an organized, well-run environment. The role requires someone who is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with on-site oversight while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day management of the apartment community, ensuring the property operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordinate leasing, resident communication, and occupancy-related activities to support stable property performance.

• Monitor maintenance needs and work closely with vendors or on-site teams to keep the community in excellent condition.

• Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation using digital tools such as Google applications and Rent Manager.

• Address resident questions and concerns promptly while fostering a well-maintained and service-focused living environment.

• Support rent collection, lease administration, and compliance with community policies and operational procedures.

• Conduct regular walkthroughs of the property to identify issues, uphold presentation standards, and help protect asset value.

• Assist with operational planning and other property-related administrative tasks as needed to support site goals. Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably within residential communities.

• Working knowledge of apartment operations, leasing processes, and resident relations.

• Experience using property management software, including Rent Manager, and general proficiency with Google tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a quiet, self-directed property environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to resident service.

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Background in residential property management is required; commercial property management exposure is a plus. TalentMatch®
