Work you'll do

As a Lead AI and Data Science Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing AI/ML and data engineering solutions that support mission and business objectives

  • Integrating data pipelines, platforms, and interfaces across cloud and on-premises environments

  • Establishing data management, data quality, and governance processes to improve reliability and usability of data assets

  • Supporting deployment, testing, sustainment, and performance optimization of AI/ML models and data solutions

  • Collaborating with technical and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system designs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, artificial intelligence, or machine learning implementation

  • 3+ years of experience designing and integrating data pipelines, data platforms, or application interfaces

  • 2+ years of experience supporting cloud-based or hybrid data and AI environments

  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting government technology programs

  • 2+ years of experience with structured and unstructured data processing

  • 2+ years of experience with model deployment, monitoring, or sustainment

  • Experience with data quality, metadata management, or data governance implementation

  • Experience with containerized deployment or orchestration technologies

  • Experience supporting secure solution delivery in regulated environments
