R&D Technical Coordinator 37590824 Hourly pay: $30/hr Worksite: Leading electronic testing company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronic testing company seeks an R&D Technical Coordinator to support the testing and development of integrated circuits in a production environment. R&D Technical Coordinator Responsibilities: * Perform DC and RF testing on production and prototype integrated circuits using automated test systems and advanced electronic test equipment. * Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing equipment while assisting engineers with technical analysis, product investigations, and process improvements. * Conduct testing, experiments, and data collection on electronic components and systems, documenting results and helping resolve manufacturing and product issues. * Work in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and precision handling techniques while supporting wafer-level manufacturing operations. * Collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams to meet production goals, solve technical challenges, and support continuous process improvements. R&D Technical Coordinator Qualifications: * Experience with test equipment is preferred. (Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Supplies and Power Meters). * Manufacturing experience. * Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment (gown and hood) * Experience with a microscope. * Experience with Integrated Circuit wafer (fabrication and handling) preferred. * Strong PC & MS Office skills. * Technical experience preferred. (Electronics testing, troubleshooting, etc.). * AS or Certificate in Electronics Technology is preferred.
