Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, issue management, business analysis, technology operations, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders from technology and business organizations.

  • Experience managing issues, risks, action plans, dependencies, and remediation activities through successful resolution.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts, risks, and remediation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience creating reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level communications.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technology governance, risk, compliance, audit, or control functions.

  • Experience working with Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, infrastructure, software engineering, or automation teams.

  • Knowledge of technology risk management and issue remediation processes.

  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.

  • ITIL Foundation Certification.

  • COBIT training or certification.

  • Agile certification.

  • Experience developing executive reporting, governance metrics, and operational dashboards.

  • Experience facilitating audits and regulatory examinations.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [$55.45 to $64.16]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits
