Transform the everyday with us!
We are looking for a Project Controller Analyst to support a significant manufacturing expansion in North Texas. During the initial project phase, you will provide financial oversight for the expansion, including budgeting, forecasting, investment tracking, and financial reporting. As the facility becomes operational, this position will transition into the plant’s core finance organization and support ongoing factory operations.
This position is located in North Texas. Additional details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
You’ll make an impact by:
-
Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and financial tracking processes for the manufacturing expansion.
-
Track capital and operating expenditures, asset creation, purchase orders, machinery investments, headcount investments, and other project-related financial activity.
-
Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and executive-level presentations that provide visibility into project performance and financial health.
-
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and key performance indicators using financial data and visualization tools to improve transparency and decision-making.
-
Partner with project management, engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and operations teams to align financial and operational objectives.
-
Support financial governance, internal controls, accounting requirements, risk identification, and the transition from expansion-project controlling to ongoing factory finance operations.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controlling, factory controlling, manufacturing finance, financial analysis, or a related finance function.
-
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, variance analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using SAP.
-
Experience translating financial information into actionable insights for cross-functional and non-financial stakeholders.
-
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience supporting a manufacturing expansion, major capital investment, or other capital-intensive project.
-
Experience with capital expenditure management, asset creation, investment tracking, cash-flow analysis, and purchase-order oversight.
-
Experience developing automated dashboards and financial reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or KNIME.
-
Experience identifying and mitigating financial risks within a project or manufacturing environment.
-
Experience working in a cross-functional or multinational organization.
-
Strong presentation, stakeholder-management, and project-coordination skills.
