Senior IT Recruiter - Remote

Job Duties

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior IT Recruiter for a full-time, permanent, remote position.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 per year + Uncapped commission + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit top IT and business talent nationwide

Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit

Present qualified candidates to clients

Manage the full-cycle recruiting and offer process

Stay current on technology trends and market conditions

Primary Requirements:

5+ years of IT recruiting experience

Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills

Experience working across multiple time zones

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams/Zoom, and ATS systems

Desired Skills:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree
