What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functional areas and locations.

• Partnering with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.

• Ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers through timely communication and professional service.

• Leveraging various sourcing strategies to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Researching labor market trends to align recruitment strategies with industry conditions.

• Continuously evaluating and improving recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates, track metrics, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Show initiative, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

• Leverage emotional intelligence to build relationships internally and externally.

• Preferably have experience with Workday ATS, recruiting for hourly production roles, or are bilingual (these are a plus, but not required).
