Job Summary and Qualifications
What qualifications you will need:

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Bachelors Degree
-
(OT) Occupational Therapist, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist

3 years experience Required Years of Experience
