Quality Assurance Manager - Food & Beverage

Quality Assurance Manager need in North Fort Worth, TX!

• Lead all quality systems and plant audit readiness activities, including internal, customer, and third-party audits

• Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and ensure timely closure of audit findings

• Support and maintain certifications including CFR111, Organic, Gluten-Free, and other quality standards

• Lead HACCP and Food Safety programs while serving as the site's PCQI

• Manage allergen control, Food Defense, Food Fraud, and plant security programs

• Coordinate recalls, crisis management activities, and risk assessments

• Review process data and drive improvements to manufacturing capabilities

• Support thermal processing programs, CIP systems, and particle prevention initiatives

• Develop, improve, and maintain SOPs, quality standards, and food safety procedures

• Drive continuous improvement and Total Plant Quality initiatives

Pay: 90K-110K USD Yearly

Experience: 2+ years of QA Management experience in the food industry

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
