Job Description About Rocket Learning

Title: District Coordinator - Odisha

Fluency in Odia language in mandatory

Location - Western and Southern districts in Odisha

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the development sector.

  • Candidates who have worked in the education sector will be preferred.

  • Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly.

Key Results

  1. Effective and efficient program coordination at the district level.

  2. Support to the Program Managers

Key Responsibilities

  1. Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 percent of total working time.

  2. Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers.

  3. Other responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.

  4. Ability to liaison with stakeholders on a regular basis and create a long-term lasting relationship

  5. Basic knowledge of MS Office

  6. Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers

  7. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn quickly.
