Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Coordinator for one of our top technology clients. This person keeps the operational engine of the design studio running, owning the mechanics of design reviews, contracts, and visual asset production.
- Schedule and prep design reviews — agendas, attendee lists, room prep, visual prep, notes, and follow-ups
- Shepherd vendor and contractor paperwork from intake through SOW and PO
- Coordinate production of presentation and physical visual assets
- Provide general studio support so designers can stay focused on the work
- Track budgets and deadlines across concurrent workstreams
- Asset tracking and archiving
Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of program or studio operations experience
- Strong attention to detail with contracts, budgets, and deadlines
- Ability to juggle concurrent workstreams and communicate crisply with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of both technical and creative pipelines and how they merge
- Appreciation/understanding of design thinking and the design process
- Prior experience with procurement or vendor onboarding processes a plus
- Print/production workflow experience a plus
- Experience supporting a design or creative studio a plus
- Design background; experience with figma, adobe creative suite or additional similar design tools
