Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for a Fiberglass & Composite Production Tech to join a growing first-shift manufacturing team. This immediate opening offers $19.00/hour and is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with fiberglass materials, composite products, production tools, and industrial coatings . If you enjoy building things, reading blueprints, working with your hands, and seeing the finished product take shape, this could be an excellent opportunity to develop specialized manufacturing skills . Typical Daily Duties:

• Perform fiberglass hand layup and composite fabrication processes

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, measuring equipment, pallet jacks, and other production equipment

• Assist with HVLP painting and polyurea spray coating applications

• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to achieve quality and production goals

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Blueprint reading experience and the ability to follow detailed instructions

• Strong math and measurement skills, including accurate tape measure use

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift & wear PPE

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, construction, assembly, or related fields is helpful
