Clinical Pharmacist | Inpatient Hospital Setting

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a collaborative inpatient healthcare team. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinical pharmacy practice and operational responsibilities, allowing you to work closely with providers while helping optimize patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Review and verify medication orders for safety and appropriateness

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams on medication therapy management

  • Participate in clinical initiatives such as antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic dosing, and anticoagulation monitoring

  • Conduct medication reconciliations and provide patient education as needed

  • Prepare, dispense, and monitor medications in accordance with professional standards

  • Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

  • Utilize electronic medical record systems to document and manage patient care activities

What We're Looking For

  • Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice

  • At least 1 year of pharmacist experience preferred

  • Inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Experience working within an electronic medical record system preferred

  • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
