Home Health LVN – McKinney, TX

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Home Health contract in McKinney, TX and surrounding areas . This is an excellent opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while working with a patient-focused home health team.

Job Details

• Coverage Area: McKinney service area

• Contract Dates: Three-Month Contract, with possibility of extension

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• On-Call/Weekend: Yes

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits and patient education in home health settings

• Perform PICC care, wound VAC care, and wound care

• Provide care for patients with PleurX drains

• Perform venipuncture and other skilled nursing procedures

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain patient records

• Travel throughout the McKinney service area to provide patient care

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license

• At least 1 year of home health experience

• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience

• Ability to manage patient visits independently

• Reliable transportation for local travel

• Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Strong HCHB experience

• Experience with PICC care, wound VACs, wound care, and PleurX drains

• Experience with venipuncture

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
