Employment Type: Full timeShift: Day Shift Description: POSITION PURPOSE: The ECSC Supervisor will lead the daily operations and overall performance of the Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination (ECSC) Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented, person-centered, and evidence-based services for adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance accountability to staff while fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide direct supervision, clinical consultation, coaching, performance management, and professional development to ECSC staff to support high-quality service delivery and workforce engagement.
- Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and coordinate comprehensive care with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, peer specialists, Service Coordinators, providers, and community partners.
- Ensure adherence to Medicaid, DHS, accreditation, documentation, and organizational standards while promoting regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain high-performing team members to support operational excellence and staff development.
- Monitor productivity, quality indicators, service outcomes, and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and program effectiveness.
- Serve as a clinical resource and provide guidance during complex cases, crisis situations, hospitalizations, and transitions of care.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve access to services, continuity of care, and consumer outcomes.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, serving as the administrative backup for on-call staff and supporting timely response to operational and clinical needs.
- Support the development, training, and supervision of graduate-level interns, promoting professional growth and adherence to clinical standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's in Human Services (degrees such as Clinical Mental Health Counseling; Social Work; Psychology; Marriage, Couples and Family Counseling, etc.) and 3 years (1 as a supervisor/lead) relevant experience in area of clinical or related direct service expertise.

Must hold an active, unrestricted, independent license in their specific mental health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist).

Strong clinical assessment, supervision, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of serious mental illness, recovery-oriented services, psychiatric rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and community behavioral health systems.

Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, documentation, and technology skills.

Act 33/34 and FBI clearances

Valid driver’s license
SCHEDULE: (exempt) - 40-hour work week, primarily Monday-Friday with flexibility to meet consumer needs. Some non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) may be required (though rare). Will provide on-call support on a rotating basis, as part of a team.
